SHARJAH: Three hospitality destinations developed by the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) have been ranked among the top 10% of hotels worldwide in Tripadvisor’s 2025 rankings.
The internationally acclaimed listings include The Chedi Al Bait in Sharjah, Al Badayer Retreat in the desert heartland, and Kingfisher Retreat on the eastern coastline.
The rankings are based on traveller reviews and ratings that measure service quality, comfort, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction. These destinations represent Shurooq’s continued focus on merging luxury with cultural identity and sustainability, enhancing Sharjah’s appeal as a regional and global tourism hub.
Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah
Located in the Heart of Sharjah and managed by GHM Hotels, The Chedi Al Bait offers a seamless fusion of traditional Emirati architecture and contemporary design.

The hotel comprises 65 rooms and suites, a tranquil spa, a modern fitness centre, a curated library, and fine-dining restaurants. Al Badayer Retreat
